Navigate to Billing

  • To manage your subscription, click the profile icon in the right corner of your Typeset account; this will show a menu. Click Account & Billing.
  • Next, click Manage Billing to open the self-service window.
    • If you purchased Typeset through CreatorU, please send an email to: [email protected] for assistance with your subscription.


Manage Billing

On the following page, you'll be able to do several actions:

  • Review/Update/Cancel current plan
  • Manage your payment methods
  • Update your Billing information
  • Download Invoices


Your Plan

On the front page, you'll see your current plan and options to update your plan or cancel your plan.

Update Plan

This allows you to manually change the subscription that you're on without having to contact support.

From this page, you may Upgrade, Downgrade and increase the quantity of your subscriptions.


Upgrade Plan

If you're on Typeset Basic, you can navigate to update your plan and Select Typeset Pro


Update Payment

If you can change or delete the payment method for your account.


To change the payment method, you'll click the Pencil Icon to edit the payment that will be used for your subscription.

You can remove your payment by clicking the 3 horizontal dots next to the associated payment method.

Billing Information

You're able to update the information for your billing that will be update on your invoices/receipts.

Click Update Information, you'll be able to add in your address and other needed information for your receipts!


Cancel Plan

We'd hate to see you go, but to help you along; you'll click Cancel Plan under Your Plan.*

*Please note this doesn't complete the action of canceling.


On the following page, you'll be informed when your plan will be canceled - you must click CANCEL PLAN for the subscription to be canceled - an optional survey will appear for cancelation reasons.


When your subscription is successfully canceled, you'll be shown two notes of when the cancelation will take place


Refunds

A refund will not be issued automaticallyIf you are within 30 days of the initial purchase - subscription renewals are case-by-case - and you are looking to get a refund of the service, you must contact support via email: [email protected]  to formally request a refund of the service.
